Your "Space Introduction Day" has been described by many who have gone before you as a "mind blowing experience".
You enter a universe full of stars and planets.
The day offers you the unique opportunity to experience what it would be like to be a space traveller and to get a glimpse of the future.
We welcome you at the Cosmodrome Kattevennen and usually start with a live interactive lecture, given by Nancy Vermeulen that takes you into the world of astronomy, air and space travel.
That is followed by an incredibly exciting planetarium show.
Now you are ready to discover the solar system yourself, along with Nancy Vermeulen, Private Astronaut Trainer, astronomer and Commander of a Mars Simulation Mission.
You have the option of ending the day with a "Space Dinner" and an evening of observation, during which you can explore the universe through a telescope.
If you would like to go a step further and feel like an astronaut in space, you can register for the "Zero Gravity Flight" or "Astronaut for a Day" programme.
